it's been tough already... and I've failed until today. BUT! Today I managed to get my eating under control. I really am hoping to work out tomorrow...
today, I ate:
1 mochi
2x black coffee
two small slices of pork, salad, carrots, and 10 gluten-free pretzel crisps
small bowl of melon
...
and that is ALL!!!!
Which, you've no idea how much of an achievement this is. No snacks, chips, chocolate, or anything.
HOOOOORAH.
Just have to keep this up now... and start working out (to be fair, I did a LOT of cleaning today, which is why I didn't want to do any work out today).
